Message Divert
SMS to email, pager to SMS? You decide with our mobile messaging redirection
The PageOne Connect Divert service allows you to control how you want to receive mobile messages including SMS divert to email. The Divert service allows you to manage your divert settings via a secure web-based Connect account, allowing you full control 24 hours a day. The account allows you to define separate divert profiles and any changes you make are reflected in your service in real-time.
Flexible mobile messaging
The mobile messaging Divert service can be set up against an existing mobile or pager number, or PageOne can allocate a unique Divert number meaning you can start diverting your SMS, email and pager messages to one another straight away.
Any messages received for your Divert number can be distributed to any combination of mobile, pager and e-mail addresses.
Any messages routed through PageOne, be it messages sent via the Call Centre, through the web, from a PC or system-generated messages will be subject to the Divert settings you have selected. Connect Divert allows you greater flexibility of your mobile messaging
Example applications of message divert:-
SMS to email
Have your SMS diverted or copied to your email for future reference, great for the office environment or for businesses who use SMS as part of their customer communications.
Pager messages to SMS
Great when you're abroad for staying in touch with your pager messages.
Multiple distribution across SMS, email and pagers
Get mobile messages delivered to multiple devices- SMS, email and pager giving you the flexibility to answer in the most suitable format at any one time and increasing the likelihood of a rapid response- especially useful when integrated with emergency messaging applications.
With the increase in system-generated messaging the Divert function allows you to control the routing of messages without the need for constant changes to your system software. For example, messages can be sent to field staff using a unique reference ID. The divert service will automatically route the message to their mobile, pager, e-mail or any combination of devices selected.
